“Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” - Hebrews 12:2

Hebrews 12:2 is a powerful verse.  It reminds us to constantly be fixed or to constantly look to Jesus because he is the perfecter of our faith.  It is him and him alone that we should be focused on.  How did he live?  What did he do?  How did he talk?  

We all have a race set before us.  We are to run that race we call life fixed on Jesus.  Living like him is our goal, living eternal life with him is our reward.  Be reminded of that when you wear your new sunglasses.
