When we realize the glorious future that awaits us, we will find the strength to face our present difficulties.

I just love that quote. Absolutely love it. Our hope is not in this world but the one yet to come. These hardships, trials and difficulties as hard and taxing as they are, are but a moment in time. Our eternity last forever and that is where the glory will be.

Worry and the need to control. A struggle we all battle at times if not every day. Take this quote as a gentle challenge, a whisper of hope. Give your worries to God. Battle your pride. Rest in His presence knowing that He is sovereign and in control.

Let go and trust Him.

Some of the deepest moments of my faith journey has been picking up a good read and letting the charcters inspire me. Christian Fiction or better yet Biblical fiction has a way of opening up our mind into what life MAY have been like back then.
