You guys... can we just talk about this poncho real quick. I can't get over it. I LOVE how these turned out. We took our most popular design, miniaturized it, placed it on a pocket and the subtle detail and reminder is one of my favorite things ever.
I love wearing this verse. Isaiah 55:9 is such a great reminder to each and everyone of us that we can find reassuring hope that we may not understand but we can be okay because we know His Ways Are Higher. His ways, thoughts, action, plans... He's got this guys. He loves us and will always be with us bringing us closer to Him. Even in those moments we are wondering what in the world He is orchestrating in our lives.
I pray you all love this piece as much as you do. I wear it all the time. With leggings to lounge or skinnies with boots to the orchard with the family. And especially on the days that I just need reminders to trust him and his ways.
The Differences in our Sweatshirts
Our Fall Line just released yesterday and already you guys are lovin' on it. We are so thankful for each of you. And thank you for sharing our posts and supporting us in our mission to give back to Together For Good! We feel beyond blessed to be able to work with different organizations and to give back to their cause. If you missed it, you can read more on our blog.
This Fall line we have two different sweatshirts that look very similar but have a slight difference in fit. We wanted to show you the unique style of each. Beyond the obvious differences of color and verse, the fit and garment design varies slightly.
The Picture below shows the first difference. The fit. The Mauve Be Still sweatshirt is a bit more "boxy" than our Love Endures Sweatshirt. The length is comparable but the width is wider and gives you the slightly oversized look.
The next difference is the shoulder seam. Our Be Still Sweatshirt has a drop shoulder while the Love Endures is more of a Raglan style.
Both sweatshirts still have that incredibly soft, cozy fleece on the inside that makes you want to grab a coffee or apple cider and snuggle up next to the fire. They are amazing. I love seeing the expressions when you the uncover how truly soft these are.
Fall Line Is HERE!!
It's Here! It's Here!
Our Fall Line is here and more amazing than ever. I wish you could literally reach through the screen and feel the material, see the detail and try on the fit. We knew we wanted to add a few more styles. We ordered so many samples, and found just the perfect options for you all. Or at least we think so.
We added a French Terry poncho that is guaranteed to be your go to when you want to head out with the girls and the best fitting Knit Pullover that you'll melt into. We also found a long sleeve that fits long and is light weight with a subtle design for pairing up for your Fall looks. Seriously you guys.... I hope you love it as much as we do.
So go ahead and shop away and enjoy. And remember each order we will be giving back to Together For Good. You can read more here.
Just Be Willing
“You don’t have to have much, you just have to be willing.”
I wish I could quote who told me the quote above that changed my outlook on giving. Whether it’s giving of time or something of monetary. You just have to be willing. You see, God doesn’t need our “muchness” he just needs our “willingness” to care for those around us. To reach out in love to someone or for something. All He desires from us is a willing heart to carry out His work for His Kingdom.
And that’s all Together For Good asks for as well. Willingness. The story of the family below is just one of the many stories where they just needed someone who was willing to help. They didn’t need anything spectacular. Just a place outside the frigid cold.

JANUARY COLD
In Minnesota, there's nothing extraordinary about a below zero temperature in January. Most of us just sigh, bundle up and go about our day. But for one mother, the frigid January temperatures were terrifying as she faced the reality that she had nowhere to stay the night.
She frantically searched for a shelter with openings but hit dead end after dead end. Some had beds for adults but none had room for more children. By late afternoon, mom was out of options.
Someone gave her the Together for Good hotline number and she called as a last resort. A caring team member took down her information and prayed, knowing it was late in the day to find a family before nightfall. She typed out an urgent email to our network of approved host families:
"A mother needs care for her two kids starting today ASAP because they have nowhere to stay tonight. Her son is 3 and her daughter is 6 months old. They are currently in Brooklyn Center."
Within minutes, eight approved host families responded to the need. Other volunteers offered car seats and support. In a matter of two hours, the children were warm and safe in the home of a host family and mom was able to find shelter for herself.

With each order, Six Notes will be donating back to Together For Good. Most of the need in providing for these families is in grocery, gas, or diapers. Basically anything to release the financial burden on these at risk families. We are excited to see God’s leading in how we give back to these families.
Your Fall Line Yes - #BeAYes
A couple days ago we shared the organization that we will give back to with the release of our Fall Line - Together For Good. Together for Good is a local organization that plays a critical role in protecting vulnerable children, preserving families and strengthening our community. Vulnerable, socially isolated families often don’t have anywhere to turn in times of crisis or when facing chronic stress. Below is just one of the many stories they have to share.

A LIFE CHANGED
Shari's* situation was critical. She faced a life threatening emergency and was urged to go straight to the emergency room. But she resisted.
A single mother of three, Shari knew her children had nowhere to go once the school bell rang. The school social worker desperately searched for options, but there seemed to be none. She handed Shari a brochure for Together for Good in hopes we could help.
TFG staff took down the information and identified a host family within hours. Shari was rushed to the hospital and the children were welcomed into the host home.
Weeks became months as Shari faced multiple surgeries and long term hospital stays. The children thrived in the loving care of the host family. Volunteers visited Shari so she wouldn't be alone during her recovery. The host family's church team prayed, brought meals and drove kids. And hearts were knit together in friendship and care.
"I can't believe how much one little pamphlet changed my life."- Shari
Shari experienced the very heart of Together for Good. She told us Together for Good was everything she needed. And because of it, her life was not only saved, it was changed.

It’s when we reach out to those in the most desperate of situations that lives can be changed. It’s those moments that God shines through. Grabs a hold of them. And simply whispers, “I care.” That’s all people need to be reassured of some days. Someone cares. Someone cares enough about me to say yes. Even if it’s a coffee, a note, a ride, or the willingness to watch their children. Action in the form of a yes can bring a smile or it can change of life.
