Six Notes Blog
Welcome to our Six Notes Blog. This is a place we’ll dive deeper into scripture and find guided prayers. We’ve put together spotify playlists, screensavers, and images to inspire and encourage. You can also find bible verses to reflect on, memorize and save. Our goal is to constantly connect right here with ways to deepen your faith and walk with Jesus.
There are many ways to connect with the Lord, get creative! God doesn’t care HOW you do it; He just desires you.
Isaiah 50 - Prophecy of Messiah's Suffering
I was lead to Isaiah 50:6-7 today in my reading. It is a prophecy I’ve never really read before or if I did, it never hit home. It reads,
I gave my back to those who beat me,
and cheeks to those who tore out my beard.
I did not hide my face from scorn and spitting.
Bible Jokes, Biblical Humor, Dad Jokes... Just plain good humor.
We received a lot of fun feedback with our bible jokes or best said, biblical humor. But really it’s just a bunch of dad jokes. Ones you roll your eyes at and wish you didn’t chuckle. But let’s be real…. these are pretty hilarious.
Enjoy.
Connecting Moses to Jesus
As I mentioned in the last post, I’m reading the She Read truth Easter study. They have listed many familiar passages for us to read in the reading plan. Passages I’ve read many times; however, I’ve taken this as a new challenge. I’m reading these passages with the intent to learn something new. Go beyond the 10,000 foot story, the main details, and dive in deeper.
